When you sign in, make sure you use the same e-mail address you used to sign up for Premium.
Follow these simple steps to regain access:
Click on 'Premium Login' in the top right corner of https://tests.ca
Enter your email address when prompted. Click 'Continue'
You'll receive an email with a sign-in link. Simply click the link in your email to restore your session and resume your testing.
Note: Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

If you have several e-mail addresses and are not sure which one you used, try to find the confirmation e-mail from us with the sign-up payment details.

Tap the "Already a Premium member?" link.
